War-On-the_Shore Criterium training

For those who have never raced a Crit before and would like to participate in the WOTS CRIT (Sunday July 30th in Southampton) There will be a learn to race a Crit session this Monday Evening July third . Starting at 06:30pm meet at Martins Cycle, High street Southampton. Check out www.warontheshore.ca web site for more details on the race.
