Former custom frame builder and OSCC member Julian Edwins has died. Julian taught welding at Georgian College in Owen Sound and operated his bicycle business from his home at the corner of 9th St. and 5th Ave. West. Numerous club members purchased either frames or complete bikes from Julian back in the day. In later years he and his wife Carol, who passed away in December of last year, resided in Hanover. Julian was 81.
